Mr & Mrs W wanted to move with their two young boys from a busy London suburb to a village within driving distance of Bath. Their property requirements were for a four bedroomed period house with an annexe and an acre of garden. We spent a day in the car getting to know the area and giving them an idea of what they could expect to achieve with their budget. We then showed them a variety of potential properties, and within 3 months we had an offer accepted on a beautiful barn conversion 20 minutes from the centre of Bath. After the first meeting (which is entirely obligation-free) if you would like to use our property-finding service we ask you to sign our terms of business and pay a non-refundable retaining fee. As soon as this fee and the signed form is received the search can begin. Once a suitable property is found and negotiations have been successful then a percentage of the exchange price, less the initial retainer, becomes due on exchange of contracts.
Other services are available such as finding short or long-term rental accommodation, and these are charged for separately by negotiation.
